im telling you right now this Asian guy neo did in fact know something and he was trying to communicate it in this vlog. reports show after they arrested Neo and dragged him back to L.A. they questioned him about D4VD and after they did that is when they immediately arrested D4VD. hes the main reason they arrested his ass according to what I've read. now I see why. #d4vd #celeste #justiceforceleste #investigator #neo
