Hunter’s Chicken Curry! That’s dinner sorted This is a classic wild curry cooked with whatever you could historically carry in your saddle bag. Fry onion ginger garlic in any cooking oil but other splash of ghee if you have it-add any whole spices you might have like cinnamon Bay black cardamom. Add garam masala cumin powder, turmeric chilli water, tomato purée, salt and any dried fruit works brilliantly in this. Simmer for at least an hour and a half.
